Adam Jarosz – PhD, assistant professor at the Institute of Political Science of the University of Zielona Góra and the scientific secretary of Copernicus Graduate School. Research interests focus on issues related to urban self-governments, governance concepts and social participation at the local level, as well as history and contemporariness of Germany, Polish-German relations, political transformation after 1989, border areas and the position of the president in the political system of the Third Republic of Poland.
