Małgorzata Chałupczak-Styczeń – PhD student at the Department of Local Government and Local Policy at the Department of Political Science of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Her research interests focus on areas related to public administration, with particular emphasis on the role and functions of auxiliary government in rural areas, as well as issues related to the financing of local government tasks, good administration, e-administration as well as economy and management in local government.
