Marcin Jurgilewicz – PhD with “habilitation” in social sciences, professor at Rzeszów University of Technology, head of the Department of Security Sciences and dean of the Faculty of Management at the Rzeszów University of Technology, lawyer. Author and co-author of publications on state, law and internal security, particularly assembly safety, road safety and order, energy security, environmental protection, as well as issues related to direct coercion measures and firearms as well as selected issues in the field of criminal and administrative law. His research interests also include mediation as one of the amicable methods of dispute resolution.
