Michał Brzeziński – PhD with “habilitation”, political scientist, lawyer, assistant professor at the Department of Security Science at the Institute of Political Science, University of Warsaw. He deals with the theoretical foundations of security, extraordinary states and crisis management. He is an author of the monograph Stany nadzwyczajne w polskich konstytucjach (Extraordinary states in Polish constitutions) (2007).
