Andżelika Mirska – PhD in humanities, assistant professor at the Institute of Political Science, University of Warsaw. Graduate of the Institute of Political Science, University of Warsaw and the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Scholarship holder of the Humboldt University in Berlin (1999/2000), University of Konstanz (2001, 2016), Free University of Berlin (2001/2002, 2004, 2010, 2015), University of Mainz (2008, 2014), University of Vienna (2009, 2011, 2013), University of Saarbrücken (2015). She is an author of numerous publications, including monographs: Organizacja i zadania Europejskiego Trybunału Obrachunkowego (Organisation and tasks of the European Court of Auditors) (2004); Berlin: ustrój i rola w systemie politycznym RFN po 1989 roku (Berlin: its system and role in the political system of Germany after 1989) (2007); State policy on the formation and modernisation of Polish territorial structure, w: “Jahrbuch des Föderalismus 2018 – Föderalismus, Subsidiarität und Regionen in Europa”, Nomos Verlagsgesellschaft, (2018).
