Beata Marczewska – PhD, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Her research interests focus on the law on local government, with particular emphasis on the constitutional issues concerning contemporary Polish and French local government law, decentralisation of public administration, especially the issues of local government, quality of public tasks of local government units.
