Izabela Malinowska – professor and PhD with “habilitation”, graduate of the Department of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw (1978), doctor of humanities (1986), habilitation in humanities in the field of political science (2008), professor in the field of social science (2015). An employee of the Institute of Political Science, University of Warsaw since 1991, currently at the Department of Science about the State and Public Administration. She is the chairwoman of the Programme Council of the International Institute of Civil Society. Member of the PhD Committee in the field of public policy science. Author of over 150 scientific and popular-science publications.
