Kamil Mroczka – PhD in social science, political scientist, specialist in administrative law and a practitioner in management. A graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration programme at the International Management Centre of the University of Warsaw. Assistant professor in the Department of State Sciences and Public Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Studies, University of Warsaw. Researcher at the State Higher Vocational School in Oświęcim – head of the Strategic Management and Finance Department. He worked in government administration, including as the head of the Human Resources Department and deputy director of the Personnel and Organisation Office in the Mazovian Voivodship Office, and also as the director of the Personnel and Logistics Office and the Office of the Director General in the Ministry of Justice. Currently employed as the Director of the Office of the Director General in the Ministry of Finance. He specialises in issues related to management in public administration, human resources management, public management and official law. He is the author and co-author of several dozen articles and monographs, including author of the monograph Wpływ polityki zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w polskiej służbie cywilnej na funkcjonowanie państwa (The influence of the policy of human resource management in the Polish civil service on the functioning of the state) (2014).
