Bartłomiej Celejewski – MA, the University of Warsaw graduate in administration and political science, PhD student at the Department of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw. An Erasmus+ graduate, during which he implemented the Governing Large Metropolis programme at the Parisian Science Po. His main research areas are: local government including urban and metropolitan policy as well as public policy.
