Michał Szczegielniak – MA, graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Kozminski University in Warsaw. Scholarship holder of the Charles University in Prague. Currently, he is preparing a doctoral dissertation about the access to public information. Activist and expert of non-governmental organisations, professionally associated with government and local-government administration units.
