'''VOIVODSHIP ADMINISTRATIVE COURT''' – the judicial body in the system of administrative courts in Poland, the administrative court of first instance, the body of external control of the public administration. During the transition period (1.01.2004 – 1.07.2005), there were 14 vacs, because for the Małopolskie and Świętokrzyskie voivodships the vac was established in Cracow, and for the of Lubuskie and Wielkopolskie voivodships the vac was in Poznań. The composition of vac includes the president of the court, the vice-president or vice-presidents of the court, the judges and the court assessors. The bodies are: the president of the vac, the general assembly of the judges of the vac and the board of vac.
