Beata Marczewska – PhD, researcher at the Centre for Local Government and Local Development Studies at the University of Warsaw. Her research interests focus on the law on local government, with particular emphasis on the constitutional issues concerning contemporary Polish and French local government law, decentralisation of public administration, especially the issues of local government, quality of public tasks of local government units.
